Ltd.  Interview Location:Massori, Ghaziabad Job Location: Ahmedabad Interview Timing:11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary:42000 to 45000 *job Description – Area Sales Manager** Position Overview The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, managing dealer/distributor networks, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and business development skills to ensure growth and profitability. *Key Responsibilities* * Sales & Revenue Growth * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. * Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion. * Dealer / Distributor Management * Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners. * Ensure availability, visibility, and penetration of products across the territory. * Resolve channel conflicts and strengthen partner relationships. * Team Management * Monitor team performance and provide guidance for achievement of goals. * Market Development & Branding * Implement sales promotion schemes, campaigns, and product launches. * Work with marketing teams for brand visibility and demand generation. * Customer Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, builders, and contractors. * Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and service issues promptly. * Business Planning & Reporting * Prepare area-wise sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports. * Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with management. *Key Requirements* * Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business (preferred). * 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Distribution (FMCG, Building Materials, Bath Fittings, Tiles, or Sanitaryware industry preferred). * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. * Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. ** KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)** * Achievement of area sales & collection targets. * Growth in dealer / distributor network. * Market share expansion vs. competitors. * Execution of promotional & branding activities. * Customer & channel partner satisfaction.
