Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - FMCG Trade located in Rohtak. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned area, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves extensive traveling within the designated area to meet clients and supervise sales activities. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Sales Operations Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Supervising Sales Teams Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Proven track record in FMCG Trade and understanding of FMCG market dynamics Capability in Market Analysis, Identifying Opportunities, and Competitive Analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel extensively within the designated area Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
