Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets for the assigned area, focusing on both primary (sales to distributors) and secondary (sales to retailers) sales. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve market share objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders. Distribution and Inventory Management: Ensuring effective product distribution and visibility in retail outlets, monitoring inventory levels, and preventing stockouts. Market Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, and providing reports to management. Travel: Regularly traveling within the assigned area to visit distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving urgent issues related to sales, distribution, or customer service. Coordination: Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
