Job Description

Manage and lead a team of Unit Managers (UMs) and insurance agents across assigned locations. Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel , ensuring consistent business growth. Recruit, train, and develop UMs and agents to build a high-performing team. Monitor sales performance and provide strategic direction to achieve business targets. Identify and tap into new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Conduct regular reviews and field visits to ensure activity and productivity.
