Job Description

Develop and implement robust sales and marketing strategies to achieve a minimum monthly sales target of INR 1 Crore ( rock-bottom INR 50 Lakh ). Expand market presence in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala In their respective states through strong distribution networks and partnerships. Build and manage a high-performing sales team that delivers consistent growth and profitability. Strengthen brand presence through effective marketing campaigns and consumer engagement strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine sales and marketing strategies. Implement data-driven sales performance tracking and reporting mechanisms. Drive new product launches and expand product categories based on market demand.
