Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Area Sales Manager with 2 to 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients. This position is based in Gurgaon, Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, and Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Generate leads and meet doctors at hospitals, clinics, and colleges to sell dental devices.
Follow up on daily leads and convert them into sales.
Organize or attend medical conferences to generate new leads.
Keep records of sales and customers, and persuade clients to buy company products.
Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables, discussing future targets with Branch Sales Managers.

Job Requirements

Appropriate knowledge of English, Hindi, and local language.
Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence to build client relationships.
Experience in sales and marketing, business development, or telecalling.
Bachelor's degree in BDS, B.E, B.Pharma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Pharma, or Other Bachelor Degree.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
