Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Delhi, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including doctors and medical professionals.
Generate leads through various channels, such as attending medical conferences and visiting hospitals and clinics.
Conduct daily follow-ups on leads and convert them into sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BDS, B.E, B.Pharma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Pharma, Other Bachelor Degree).
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong knowledge of English, Hindi, and local languages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in area sales management, business development, or telecalling is an added advantage.
