Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) in assigned partner accounts. Identify and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory. Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Should have relevant experience of 7 -15 years. Should be from Automotive Lubricants / Auto parts industry preferably, Should have strong product knowledge. Have geographical knowledge of the territory. Excellent communication team handling skills. EDUCATION: UG: Any Graduate (Min requirement) PG: MBA in Sales Marketing (add-on)
