Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager – Feed Sales Location: Hisar, Haryana Reporting to:Sales Head Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement the sales strategy in the assigned area to meet revenue and growth targets. 2. Recruit, Manage and guide the area sales executive team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement. 3. Identify potential customers and opportunities to grow the business within the region. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, dealers, and retail partners. 5. Monitor sales data and market trends to improve territory performance. 6. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and product to support sales initiatives. 7. Conduct regular market visits and provide on-ground feedback for better business planning. 8. Prepare and present reports on area sales performance to the Reporting Manager. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:  Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Durables/related industries.  A strong record of achieving sales targets.  Good team management and leadership skills.  Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.  Ability to analyse sales data and take strategic action.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.  Proven experience in sales, with a focus on distributor appointment and channel development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Application Question(s): Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Durables/related industries.
