Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sell-in, sell-out, and off-take in the assigned territory. The role involves managing a team to execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, distributor performance, and off-take programs like Eeden, shop assistant, and painter engagement while ensuring profitable growth and adherence to processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage distributors and drive revenue, volume, and product mix targets. Ensure proper deployment of discounts, rebates, and promotions for MOP stability. Conduct quarterly distributor ROI reviews and take corrective actions. Oversee DSR beat planning, SLA compliance, and SSO engagement . Train and develop DSRs, TOs, and distributor teams for market execution. Ensure adherence to DERP, CRM tools, and SOPs . Monitor and improve POST equipment and in-store Eeden deployment . Skills Required: Strong sales & distribution management experience. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making . Ability to drive sales targets and team performance(majorly) .
