Area Sales Manager-Hyderabad

As a Sales Manager at ACG Pharmapack Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility is to ensure strategic planning aligned with pricing strategies that support the business plan. You will focus on planning the appropriate product mix to maximize organizational value, with an emphasis on high-value products for growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the annual budget and achieve the budgeted sales volume and value - Schedule visits and meetings with customers to understand their requirements and establish strong relationships - Provide techno-commercial information and updates to customers, keeping them informed about new products - Formulate contingency plans for supply challenges and convert potential customers into regular ones - Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and recommend pricing strategies - Collaborate with the Group sales team to promote combo deals for synergy within the group - Execute IDP needs for people development, ensuring team engagement and motivation through various initiatives - Monitor ASP compliance, sales quantity, and value realization for polymer and aluminum films - Drive new/value-added product sales, regional achievements, and achieve budgeted DSOs for assigned markets Qualifications Required: - Sales strategy and planning expertise - Strong market and competition knowledge - Proven track record in customer development and commercial negotiation - In-depth product knowledge - Ability to integrate and act entrepreneurially During the selection process, the company values of Caring, Collaborative, or Progressive will be assessed based on your discussions and interactions.
