This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage a team, execute territory plans, and consistently deliver on aggressive sales targets. Youll be expected to not only hit the numbers but to build and maintain a competitive edge in your area through smart planning, relentless follow-up, and strong stakeholder management. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute area-level sales strategies aligned with company targets. Manage, mentor, and drive performance of Territory Sales Officers/Executives. Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics; adjust tactics as needed to meet or exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to penetrate. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback loops. Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and CRM data accuracy. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 510 years of proven sales experience. Experience in medical device sale is must. Deep understanding of the regional market and channel dynamics. Strong negotiation, people management, and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM and sales tracking tools. Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. Show more Show less
