Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of assigned territory (Delhi & Ahmedabad) to achieve monthly targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling seeds products. Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and expand product offerings in the region. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data to optimize strategies, identify trends, and drive growth. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in agriculture industry. Strong understanding of seeds market dynamics, including crop types, farming practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels. Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Excel or other relevant software programs.
