Job Description

RS Green AAC Blocks is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive sales through direct visits to construction sites, contractors, and building material stores. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets for AAC blocks. Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites , builders, contractors, architects, and engineers to promote AAC blocks. Identify and approach hardware and building material stores to expand retail presence. Generate new business leads through site visits, networking, and cold calling. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events as required. Key Requirements Minimum 1 years of field sales experience in building materials, cement, tiles, TMT bars, or AAC blocks. Strong local networking with contractors, site supervisors, and retailers . Good communication and negotiation skills in [regional language] and Hindi/English . Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of construction materials and market dynamics. 2-wheeler with valid license preferred.
