Qualification-

Experience-

• Sales and marketing of Industrial chemicals in assigned areas of all products.
• Visiting customers, preparing customer profile.
• Identifying new customer requirements and sustaining running business also.
• Building a long term relationship base with the customers and developing new customers.
• Collect due outstanding from the market on time. Define our credit terms to the customer for clarity and ensure recovery accordingly.
• Remain informed and up-to-date with the market activities/trends, competitors’ activities, product knowledge and usage and keep the senior management informed through meaningful visit reports.
• Not limited to above, further as suitable to profile and company requirement.

Skills and Traits

• An extrovert person who takes initiatives to build the business.
• Works within the defined systems and processes.
• Must identify new opportunities; be persistent in developing new business.
• Particular and disciplined in timely Reporting according to the set protocols of the company.
• Convince customers for repeat business.
• Must have an attitude to achieve goals, accompanied with ethical approach towards customers and Remik.
• Must have negotiation & presentation skills.
• Must continuously make an effort to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform better.
