Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and providing input to refine business strategies. The Sales Manager will be expected to monitor market trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading sales teams to success
Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and contract management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Analytical and strategic thinking to provide market insights and achieve sales goals
Experience in building customer relationships and managing client accounts
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of market trends is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; MBA is a plus
Previous experience in the recruitment or manpower industry is beneficial
