Responsible for sales & marketing of our products, Industrial & Decorative Coatings through dealer channel and directly to industrial customer and end users. Develop Painters and Painting Contractors to use the companys products. This job description outlines the role of an Area Sales Executive specializing in the sales and marketing of Industrial & Decorative Coatings. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: Achieve sales targets for Industrial & Decorative Coatings within the assigned territory. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitor activities. Channel Development: Recruit, train, and support dealers in the effective sales and marketing of company products. Organize dealer meets, training programs, and promotional activities to enhance dealer performance. Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary support to improve their sales. Customer Relations: Directly engage with industrial customers and end-users (e.g., manufacturers, construction companies, painters). Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions. Build long-term relationships with key customers through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. Product Promotion: Promote the company's product range through various channels, including presentations, demonstrations, and product trials. Educate painters and painting contractors on the benefits of using the company's products. Organize workshops and training sessions for painters on product application techniques and best practices. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Analyze market data and prepare reports on sales performance, market share, and customer feedback.
