The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and achieving sales targets. *Key Responsibilities: 1. *Sales Growth*: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the LED Lighting Products business in the assigned area. 2. *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dealers, distributors, and end-users. 3. *Market Development*: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets. 4. *Product Promotion*: Promote LED Lighting Products to customers and stakeholders, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition. 5. *Sales Forecasting*: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the sales manager. 6. *Market Feedback*: Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies. *Requirements:* 1. *Experience*: Proven sales experience in the lighting or related industry. 2. *Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 3. *Knowledge*: Strong understanding of LED Lighting Products and their applications. 4. *Network*: Established network of contacts in the industry. *Performance Metrics:* 1. *Sales Targets*: Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. 2. *Customer Acquisition*: Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing relationships. 3. *Market Share*: Growth of market share in the assigned area.
