Job Description

Position Title: Area Sales Executive Position Summary: Drive sustainable volume and revenue growth by Identifying, acquiring, Managing and expanding direct accounts and develop channel business. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Planning & Execution • Direct Account Management/Channel Management • Market Intelligence & market growth. • Product and commercial knowledge along with application. • Implementing customer-centric solutions. • Overdue outstanding collection. Accountability: • Pipeline Management through prospect conversion as per business plan. • Price Management and Implementation. • Timely collection & keeping OD in control. • Volume delivery as per business plan. • Timely implementation of marketing activities. Working Relationship: 1. Internal Will have to work with Head of Department and interact with Supply Chain team & relevant internal stake holders. 2. External - Customers, clients, suppliers and relevant industry associations. Knowledge & Skills: • Product Knowledge, Application Knowledge and Process Knowledge. • Advanced selling Skills, Communication/Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skill, Relationship Building. • Adaptability to handle complexity and provide innovative solutions. Education requirement: Engineering/Science Graduate/MBA preferred. Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
