Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve managing the designated region of Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new customers to expand our client base in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Searching for new customers to maximize client potential in the designated regions - Travelling to visit potential customers for sales and business development - Developing long-term relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their requirements - Using your technical skills to demonstrate how our products or services can best meet the clients" needs - Monitoring the competition by staying updated on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques - Providing after-sales support services - Resolving customer complaints, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management - Keeping clients informed of any unforeseen delays or issues - Collaborating with the sales team and technical experts - Contributing to team efforts and meeting sales targets - Submitting daily reports of customer visits to the sales back office - Supporting marketing activities by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events - Conducting market research and gathering feedback from clients to enhance our products To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; certification in sales will be advantageous - Experience in selling textile/capital machinery is preferred - Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in handling customer service calls - Willingness to travel - Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office - Proficient in English - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - A team player with a high level of dedication This is a full-time position that requires you to be proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
