Job Description

Role & responsibilities ESH Compliance- Building and ensuring safety culture Monitoring safety compliance & ensuring safety guidelines adherence Ensuring adequate safety trainings to field teams Manage external environment and identify potential challenges that exist in the area and evolve ways to overcome the challenges. Stakeholder Relationship Management- Engage with community, land owners, local administration, EB officials etc as required in order to build relationships and enlist their support to resolve issues across sites. Ensure customer expectations are met Manage partners, track and monitor their performance to ensure services are being provided as per defined SLA. Liaise with internal stakeholders for requisitions, work order, services etc. to ensure timely closure of work orders and site support as required. Timely sign off with customers on uptime and service delivery Optimum utilization of Capex and Opex in coordination with circle team to ensure stability of sites as per process defined Alignment with energy team for energy related process compliance and energy reduction targets Operations Management- Review TOC reports periodically (outage report, fault report, uptime report etc), conduct root cause analysis, and take corrective measures to ensure sites are operating smoothly, uptime is maintained and delivered as per defined SLA Monitor and closure of preventive & corrective trouble tickets in time bound manner for the zero defect sites Conduct periodic site visits to monitor site operations, proper key management, site-security, asset monitoring and safety and site upkeep & hygiene, identify gaps against audit checklist in order to ensure quality assurance and site audit compliance. Monitor diesel usage, validations of diesel data, EB consumption, ensuring timely fuel filling & minimising pilferage to ensure proper energy management Take decisions on asset replacement based on asset lifecycle and performance in order to ensure optimal utilization, availability and protection of company assets. Ensuring that all internal processes and systems for operations and maintenance are complied with by team Cost Management- Monitor repair and maintenance costs, optimal R&M cost levels are maintained. Monitor diesel consumption trends, review beat plan, and conduct RCA to optimize energy costs across sites. Ensure timely certification of bills, review, validate and conduct RCA on abnormal bills to resolve outstanding issues, ensure processing of bills as per the defined SLA to optimize OPEX. Provide inputs to circle opex manager / operation support manager for customer SLA signoff and partner's KPI signoff. Team Development- Supervise, guide and motivate team of FSEs and technicians to deliver on objectives, review performance and give feedback in order to reinforce ownership & compliance with company values and processes Identify training needs of FSEs and technicians, plan for their development, coach them on technical and behavioural skills, and recommend requisite training courses in order to upgrade their skills Develop a high performance work environment to build a capable and motivated field team Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance, acknowledge good work and also recommend areas of improvement Actively monitor operations on the ground and ensure effective resolution of unionised behaviour related issues Ensuring adoption of TQM practices and PDCA problem solving approach by the team.
