Our clientele includes many Fortune 500 companies with Industrial Plants in Pitampura, Dewas, Mandideep, Sehore, Malanpur etc. We are committed to delivering facility maintenance service to our clients. With an outlook for excellence and growth, we are looking for an Area Operations Manager (Housekeeping) for Indore and Pithampur Location, to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency in our operations. Job Summary: The Area Operations Manager(Housekeeping) is responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and efficiency of Housekeeping Services at multiple locations within a designated area. This role ensures the smooth functioning of each location by managing the manpower and housekeeping services in various Industrial Units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manpower management, problem-solving abilities, Client management and a keen focus on cost-effective solutions while ensuring a high standard of facility management. Key Responsibilities: Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring they meet the standards of the client . Manpower management : Recruit and train manpower for housekeeping and send them to the client's location. Train and supervise the supervisors in client location. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between facility staff, management, and external vendors. Staff Management: Train and supervise facility teams across multiple locations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A bachelor's degree in facility management, is preferred. Proven experience (3+ years) in managing multiple facilities or locations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of facility maintenance, stakeholder mangement and regulatory compliance. Ability to optimize operational efficiency. Why Join Us?
