Key Responsibility: Drive strategic business development to expand opportunities in a specific territory across the retail channel. Work with the team to achieve volume and value targets, improve RTM efficiencies, productivity, and drive other sales processes for the brand. Expand distribution channels by effectively managing current distributors and appointing new ones. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas of approximately 11-12 Cr for the Karnataka territory. Project expected sales volume on a weekly basis and ensure close commercial control for timely payments. Strengthen the customer database by adding efficient service and more partners through the implementation of the sales strategy and adherence to sales IT norms. Inspire and lead sales team members across the territory and mentor campus recruits annually. Build and develop the skills and knowledge of team members through regular training interventions and learning programs based on individual needs. Education & Experience: MBA / PGDM is preferred. Min 4 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years of team leading experience. Willing to travel extensively
