Will be responsible for managing sales team of 8 Medical representatives across the territory. Facilitating prescription generations through the given team of MR s. Strategize execute campaign take initiative towards customer relationship ensure ROI. Build manage team including hiring selection and training development. Candidate Criteria: Male candidate preferably B.Pharm or B.Sc. with minimum 5 years experience as a Area manager in pharmaceutical / general medicines with strong leadership skills. Should be a proper full-time resident of the desired work location.
