Area Manager – Retail

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience across 2–4 stores
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams — stylists, store managers, and optometrists
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, VM, hygiene, and brand experience
• Drive key store metrics: revenue, conversion, AOV, P&L discipline, and shrinkage control
• Ensure smooth inventory management, cycle counts, replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Implement and enforce SOPs across opening, closing, CRM, and customer engagement flows
• Collaborate with central teams to share insights, resolve issues, and elevate retail performance
• Deliver a consistently premium experience — from styling to frame selection to eye-test integration

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in multi-store retail management (fashion/lifestyle;

  eyewear preferred

• A customer-obsessed mindset with a deep understanding of premium retail experience
• Strong operational discipline and comfort with SOPs, reporting, and store KPIs
• Excellent people leadership — ability to motivate, train, and manage diverse teams
• Hands-on, high-ownership approach; thrives in fast-paced early-stage environments
