Senior Area Manager - Affordable Housing, Sales, Sales Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region, driving sales of financial products and services. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling financial solutions such as loans, insurance, and investment products. Customer Solutions: Provide tailored financial solutions to clients based on their specific needs, ensuring alignment with company offerings. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure seamless execution of loan disbursements and service delivery. Market Research and Feedback: Monitor and assess local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation requirements for all transactions.
