Job Description: Aebocode Technologies Pvt Ltd , a leading provider of innovative Edu-Tech solutions, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Manager to drive sales and establish strong relationships in the Amritsar, Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh regions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology and a strong desire to work in both the B2B and B2G segments. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion: Engage with educational institutions, including schools and colleges, in both B2B and B2G segments. Focus on generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities. Product Demonstration & Training: Conduct detailed demonstrations and training sessions on the company's Edu-Tech solutions. Ensure that clients fully understand and adopt the technology. Brand Building: Strengthen Aebocode Technologies' presence in the region by promoting the brand and establishing it as a trusted partner in educational innovation. Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture existing business relationships within the region. Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, ITIs, and government sector clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business growth. Representation: Attend meetings, seminars, workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions. Represent the company and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Sales Targets: Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Corporate Office Engagement: Regularly visit the corporate office in Panchkula for training and meetings as required. Qualifications: Fresher or experienced in sales, preferably within the Edu-Tech and B2G sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively within the Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh regions.
