As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a energetic and result-driven Area Head – Sales & Operations to lead our regional efforts and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve business targets across multiple insurance products (life, general, health, etc.). • Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives. • Monitor and optimize sales performance metrics, productivity, and customer acquisition. • Oversee day-to-day operations including branch compliance, process adherence, and service quality. • Drive recruitment, training, and performance management of sales and operations teams. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers, partners, and key clients. Qualifications and Skills: • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2–10 years of experience in insurance sales and operations • Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution channels. • Proven leadership, team management, and motivational skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
