Brand Visual Language: Develop a compelling visual identity for the brand across campaigns, illustrations, videos, and animations, fostering a culture of design excellence within and beyond the organization. Graphic Design (Print & Digital): Conceptualize and design marketing materials across both ATL and BTL channels, including product packaging, logos, brochures, OOH creatives, flyers, emailers, posters, newsletters, and promotional assets. Maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints. Performance & Social Media Marketing: Work closely with the content team to create engaging visuals for performance marketing campaigns, including Google Display Network (GDN), LinkedIn, Instagram, and in-app ads. Maintain brand uniformity while adapting to emerging trends in digital marketing. Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Shoot, edit and enhance video content for brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Create motion graphics, animations, short-form videos to drive engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product, and content teams, to execute design strategies aligned with business goals. Design Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects is a must. If you love pushing creative boundaries, you ll fit right in! Education & Passion: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience in the field what matters most is your ability to bring ideas to life.
