Job Description Area Business Manager OTC General Trade GT www.fixderma.com www.fclskincare.com OTC & Retail Sale Pharma. Pharma Derma Skin & Hair Care Brand. Premium Skin & Hair Care Personal care Product. Experience - 5 to 8 Year (BA channel Experience preferred) Location - Guwahati & Chennai Specific Accountabilities Responsibilities: Handling the team of TSOs ( Territory sales officers ) Meeting sales targets by implementing POS activities and following up on promotional events. Implementing sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets. Achieve the revenue and team development goals. Deploy and monitor pharmacy sales plans in assigned territory. Pharmacy detailing for brand reference and endorsement. Sales to key customers ( Retail Chains OTC GT General trade ) Pharmacy training pharmacists and assistants, Contracts deployment and negotiation Credit Policy compliance, Daily order taking (POB) Coordinate with the Product training Team to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives. Coordinate the execution of marketing promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
