Job Description We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about resolving queries efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions across multiple channels and ensure a smooth after-sales experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, and warranties Provide product information for gaming controllers and mobile accessories Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, tech team) for issue resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and usage guidance Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) Basic understanding of electronics, gaming products, or mobile accessories Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple customers and work under pressure Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Prior customer support experience is preferred but freshers can apply
