Job Description

Role & responsibilities Create detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes. Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance visualization. Develop photo-realistic architectural visualizations for projects. Create walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations to showcase designs. Use rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion & Enscape Work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to understand project requirements. Convert 2D drawings, sketches, and CAD files into realistic 3D visuals . Design concept boards, mood boards, and material palettes . Prepare visual presentation materials for client meetings. Use industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Blender, or AutoCAD . Ensure consistency in design aesthetics across all visual outputs. Use Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro for post-production enhancement. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Required Skills: Strong expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering Proficiency in architectural visualization software Knowledge of architectural design principles Attention to detail for photo-realistic visuals Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
