Role Description

We are seeking an experienced full-time Architectural Draughtsman to join our team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region on an on-site basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, working closely with architects and designers to convert concepts into precise technical plans. Daily tasks will include creating CAD drawings, ensuring adherence to project specifications, coordinating with relevant consultants, and integrating architectural, interior, and landscape elements. Quality control and alignment with project timelines will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, technical drawing, and detailing
• Strong understanding of architectural design, materials, and construction methods
• Experience in producing working drawings and technical documentation
• Ability to interpret design briefs and collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants
• Organized with strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools is an advantage
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a diploma in architectural drafting or a related field
