The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring designs are accurately represented for construction and client approval. Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent). Interpret architectural concepts and sketches into technical drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs are accurate and feasible. Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, architects, and project managers. Maintain drawing documentation and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Assist in preparing presentation drawings and project documentation. Ensure timely delivery of drawings for various stages of projects. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2 to 5 years of professional experience as an Architecture Draftsman. Proficiency in CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Strong understanding of architectural design and construction principles. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred: Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software. Familiarity with project management tools.
