What makes this role meaty?

• L

  ead end-to-end design for Licious retail stores — from first spark of concept to GFC-ready detailing

• Define the visual language across materials, finishes, and brand identity for all store formats

• Turn brand and business goals into immersive, intuitive, and high-impact spatial experiences

• Partner directly with founders & senior leadership to translate vision into actionable design direction

• Collaborate with Projects, Ops, Marketing, VM & more to ensure seamless execution with zero flavour lost

• Develop layouts, detailed drawings, and 3D visualisations tailored for multiple store formats and footprints

• Create robust GFCs & documentation that align with timelines, cost goals, and brand integrity

• Conduct site visits to understand local challenges, tweak intelligently, and maintain aesthetic consistency

• Experiment with new materials, formats & sustainability ideas

  to keep the retail experience fresh

• Strengthen design systems & standards

  to scale quality and efficiency across projects

We hope that you have..

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, ideally in retail, F&B, or experiential spaces

• Proven ability to take ownership of the entire design process — from brief to blueprint to build

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D tools such as SketchUp or 3ds Max, plus working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong visualization skills with an eye for detail and the ability to think spatially and commercially

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements

• Excellent communication, team-building, and project management skills
