Job Summary

An Architectural Manager in a construction contracting company for industrial projects leads architectural teams in designing and delivering facilities like factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants, ensuring projects meet client needs, budgets, timelines, and industrial regulations. This senior role combines design oversight with project management, coordinating from concept through tendering and construction in contracting environments. They focus on functional, efficient industrial spaces while managing resources and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural teams in developing designs,plans, and specifications for industrial projects, integrating structural, MEP systems, and safety features using tools like Revit and AutoCAD.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, tender documents, bids, and contracts; conduct site visits, value engineering, and ensure compliance with building codes and industrial standards.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulators; mentor staff, resolve issues, and implement best practices for on-time, cost-effective delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, with professional licensure, 8+ years in industrial construction, and 3+ years in management.
• Expertise in project management software, industrial design codes, budgeting, and leadership; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in contracting for industrial projects, including tender processes, sustainability, and cross-functional team leadership.
