Job Description

Prepare accurate work schedules and complete the interior fit-out projects on time. Conduct proper analysis and provide all material requirements on time Collaborate with clients, in-house designers, and subcontractors to coordinate for smooth project completion. Review project specifications, drawings, and related documentation to ensure proper and quality finishing. Research and source materials and subcontractor quotes to maintain a comprehensive economic cost. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. Stay updated with market trends, and industry standards in the interior fit-out sector. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in architectural /Civil Engineering, Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in the interior fit-out industry, preferably in Dubai. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and site techniques. Capacity to handle the projects with full power. Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure quality in work and finishing Effective communication skills. Three - five years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects Driving license is must
