Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs for residential projects, including planning, design development, and detailing.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans.
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for building permits and approvals.
Provide technical support during the execution phase of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in architecture or interior architecture (B.Arch degree required).
Strong understanding of architectural analysis, design principles, and building codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of other CAD tools an asset.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
