We are now seeking a talented Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and an eagerness to contribute to both residential and commercial projects. Position Overview: As an Architect at Saka Studio, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, particularly focusing on high-end residential designs. You will assist in the development of architectural designs, supporting the team throughout all phases from concept to execution. Your creative input, technical skills, and enthusiasm will play a key role in bringing our designs to life and contributing to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Design Contribution: Assist in the development of architectural designs, focusing on high-end residential projects while contributing to other project types as needed. Project Support: Collaborate with the project team in managing the project lifecycle, ensuring that design intent is maintained and timelines are met. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, designers, and consultants, contributing to a creative and supportive work environment. Client Interaction: Assist in communicating design ideas and presentations to clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and incorporated into the project. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare architectural drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Sustainability & Innovation: Contribute to incorporating sustainable design principles and innovative practices into projects. Quality Control: Ensure that all design work is produced to a high level of detail, meeting the studio’s standards of quality. Coordination: Coordinate with consultants (structural engineers, MEP engineers, etc.) to ensure the seamless integration of all design elements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Experience: 2-3+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on residential design and a solid understanding of other project types. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Design Expertise: A portfolio that demonstrates experience in residential design and your ability to create functional, innovative, and aesthetically compelling spaces. Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently with other architects, designers, and consultants. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design details and the ability to deliver high-quality documentation and drawings. Client Relations: Good communication skills and experience in assisting with client interactions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-end, luxury residential design. Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations. Familiarity with advanced BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems.
