Architect

Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in various stages of design development and project coordination.
-Support in conceptualization, design detailing, and preparation of architectural presentations.
-Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and other visual representations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
-Participate in internal design discussions, client presentations, and consultant coordination meetings.
-Engage actively in market research, material sourcing, and material study to support the design intent with appropriate and updated solutions.
-Demonstrate creative thinking and a youthful design approach aligned with project goals.
-Assist in site studies, surveys, and documentation, including understanding of basic building codes and design standards.
-Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to facilitate technical inputs and resolve design queries.
-Maintain organized and accurate drawing records, documentation, and revision logs.
-Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for professional coordination and documentation.
-Show initiative, ownership, and the ability to gradually handle responsibilities independently.
-Remain systematic, disciplined, and attentive to deadlines and quality standards.
-Display a positive attitude toward feedback, mentorship, and continual learning.
-Contribute meaningfully to team efforts—not limited to a support function, but as an evolving design professional.
-Uphold the firm’s values, design language, and work culture in all professional conduct.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
