Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect, implying that the role is located in Thiruvananthapuram but some work from home is acceptable. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. Daily tasks include developing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and contractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring the integration of various design components.

Qualifications

• Architectural Design and Architecture skills
• Project Management skills
• Software Development and Integration skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in both residential and commercial projects is a plus
