Your role at a glance:

Responsibilities you would handle:

Design & Conceptualization

• Develop innovative architectural concepts for

  Ofis Square

  centres with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
• Prepare detailed

  architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations

  .
• Translate business and operational requirements into efficient, scalable spatial designs aligned with Ofis Square’s design philosophy.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Manage projects end-to-end from design to delivery ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with

  contractors, consultants, vendors

  , and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct

  regular site visits

  to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved design plans.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure designs comply with relevant

  building codes, safety regulations, and statutory norms

  .
• Maintain thorough documentation, including

  BOQs, material specifications, and drawings

  for all projects.

Material Selection & Cost Optimization

• Identify and source

  high-quality, sustainable materials

  balancing cost and design impact.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to explore innovative finishes and design solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with

  Operations, Business Development, and Marketing

  teams to align design outcomes with business goals.
• Present design proposals, material selections, and progress updates to management for review and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Architecture (B.Arch)

  from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years

  of experience in

  commercial, office, or co-working design projects

  .
• Proven experience in

  site supervision and project coordination

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office

  .
• Strong

  space planning, design visualization, and detailing

  capabilities.
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and problem-solving

  skills.
• A genuine passion for designing

  functional yet inspiring

  work environments.
