Architect

As an experienced Architect with 10 years of experience, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of architectural and interior projects within the Building Construction division of a leading infrastructure company in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily on-site execution of both architectural and interior projects - Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project progress - Assist in creating and managing basic project schedules, reporting progress to senior management - Interpret and implement architectural and interior drawings accurately - Support procurement and timely delivery of materials, especially for interior finishes and fixtures - Maintain organized site documentation including daily reports, inspection logs, and coordination records - Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and maintain appointment agenda for team members Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in design architecture, project coordination, or interior architecture in the real estate sector - Strong experience in reading, coordinating & issuing GFC drawings and detailed drawings for large scale projects - Proficiency in architectural design software such as Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office; REVIT skills are an advantage - Must have experience in premium high-rise residential projects - Bachelor's in architecture (Full Time) and 10+ years of design coordination experience - Knowledge of Building Material and Project procurement - Strong communication, coordination, detail-focused, and solution-oriented skills Additional Details: You will need to have experience in premium high-rise residential projects and be familiar with coordinating MEP services and interior fit-out work on-site. Your knowledge of construction detailing, finishing work, and material coordination will be crucial for the successful execution of projects. Note: The company is looking for someone to join within 15 days or less with a CTC up to 12-14 lakh per annum.,
