Architect

As a Junior Architect at our company, you will be an integral part of our team, bringing your creative flair and attention to detail to each project. Your role will involve collaborating closely with senior architects and project teams to bring design concepts to life through drafting and visualization. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings. - Prepare and modify 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and presentation materials. - Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and contractors during various project stages. - Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements. - Support in preparing project documentation, BOQs, and working drawings. - Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings as required. Skills & Software Proficiency: - Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. - Good understanding of architectural detailing, design principles, and building materials & construction. - Strong visualization, presentation, and drafting skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
