YOUR DREAM O U R P L A T F O R M To excel in this role, you should possess the following: JOB PROFILE: - ServiceNow ITSM Architect Input Zero Technologies | Talent Description •Good knowledge of infra, network other products so that consulting can be provided around best practices for integration. • Industry and project experience of 8+ years with ServiceNow ◦ Consultancy experience will be advantageous. • Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills ◦ Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations. •Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others. •Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile / DevOps environment. • Hold a ServiceNow System Administrator certification and Implementation Specialist • Prior experience of working with international teams (this role is in the Nordics) • Fluency in Norwegian and English language •Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization • Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives. • Engage with the customer’s Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer’s core applications. •Establish and manage technical governance. • Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices. • Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs. •Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions • Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps) •Understanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements. • Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues. ServiceNow Architect revolves around high-level strategy, solution design, and ensuring the alignment of the platform with an organization’s long-term IT and business goals. The day typically starts with reviewing architectural roadmaps, platform performance, and upcoming project timelines. Early meetings often involve discussions with stakeholders to understand complex business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions, whether in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom application areas. The architect collaborates closely with developers, project managers, and other technical leads to guide the implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and platform governance. A significant portion of the day is dedicated to designing workflows, integrations, and data models, along with evaluating new ServiceNow features or third-party tools that could enhance the platform. Architects also review code and technical documents, provide mentorship to teams, and proactively resolve architectural challenges. As a thought leader, the ServiceNow Architect plays a key role in driving digital transformation, platform scalability, and innovation, while maintaining system stability and compliance.
