Job Description

Key responsibilities

Create concept design presentations that align with project requirements and client vision.
Develop detailed design solutions, material palettes, and technical concepts during the design development stage.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive working drawings for execution.
Coordinate with the client’s team to ensure clarity, approvals, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and other technical inputs into the design.
Liaise with contractors, conduct regular site visits, and ensure on-site execution matches design intent.
