9 - 12 Years 1 Opening Bangalore Role description Job Title: Sr. Kinaxis Solution: - Consultant Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram , Pune Experience: 6 - 10 Years Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them meet business needs with innovative solutions Work with offshore developers to deliver custom solutions Provide 24/7 client support and ensure timely issue resolution Take ownership of problem management and proactively address potential issues Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth Kinaxis project implementation Assist in training and mentoring team members on Kinaxis Rapid Response Must Have Skills: Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation and support experience S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) system administration and support Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA system integration Ability to work with a global team to provide 24/7 support Ability to work weekends and off-business hours when required Good to Have Skills: Azure Data Factory knowledge Basic knowledge of SQL Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA system integration preferred Willingness to train team members on Kinaxis Rapid Response Experience in consumer product manufacturing or related industries Skills Kinaxis, S&OP Planning,Sap S4 HANA Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and implementation experience with Kinaxis Rapid response Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, Distribution Requirement Planning, Inventory Management etc. Experience and proficiency in advanced level of Kinaxis RapidResponse resource design and authoring such as composite workbooks, workbook automations, dashboards, scorecards, tree maps, charts, forms etc. Experience in RapidResponse scripting and solution extensions will be an added advantage. Experience with participating in design sessions, resolving technical issues during various project phases. Experience in Presales and Market development will be an added advantage. Proven experience in consulting, conducting analysis sessions to understand the functional and technical needs of project requirements and the developed technical solutions to meet those needs. Experience facilitating/leading functional /technical analysis and/or design workshops in support of desired to-be business requirements and then transferring the information gained into a written design document for group review and consensus. Being able to translate business requirements into solutions, advising the client on best practices and sustainable solutions. Responsibilities: Demonstrated interpersonal, teamwork and relationship building skills to work effectively and contribute to a team environment. Participating with the business in discovery sessions and helping to clarify the business problems and opportunities. Documenting and communicating all technical aspects of design. Ability to effectively work with business users to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. In addition, preferable skills and behaviours include: Working knowledge of relational database and query writing considered an asset Certification in Min.
