Architect Engineer

Job Description

Co-ordinate with architect and structure consultants to obtain and review drawings, ensure design intent is met and address any design related issues. Review and manage architectural and structural drawing, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate and up to date project records, including drawings, specifications and correspondence. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders including consultants internal teams and project managers. Ensure that design comply with relevant building codes, regulations and company standards. Coordinate with site teams to ensure that design intent is implemented correctly during construction. Ensure that good for construction drawings are delivered to the site in a timely manner, coordinating with stakeholders as necessary.
