Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs in line with project requirements.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integration.
Conduct site visits for supervision, progress review, and quality checks.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation.
Participate in design reviews and provide innovative, functional design solutions.
Support the senior architect/project head in project planning and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Registration with COA preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
