Architect (Coordination Work)

Job Description

Responsibilities Design & Planning: Develop and manage architectural designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards. Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance. Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors. Coordinate between various teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution. Schedule and conduct regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and update stakeholders. Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project plans and addressing any deviations. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Quality Assurance: Ensure all architectural work complies with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Review and approve project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards. Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Address and resolve client concerns and feedback in a timely manner. Desired profile of the candidate Proven working experience as an Architect Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar) Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions Visual awareness and an eye for detail Communication and project management skills Education BS degree in Architecture
